WCA Great Dane #1 crit result for hcurnutt

There were 12 women racing - 4 Beans and Barley, 2 Brazen Dropouts juniors and no one else with teammates. I figured Beans and Barley should be the ones trying attacks, which they never did, but at least there were people who seemed willing to ride on front at a decent pace, so it wasn't excruciatingly slow. With five laps to go, Sarah Huang attacked and three of us went with her, but the other two wouldn't pull through so we sat up. Then Sarah jumped again on the uphill with half a lap to go, which was earlier than I had planned to start my sprint, but I basically went for it then and managed to make it the rest of the way in front. Looking at my heartrate monitor, I was going all out for about a minute 15 seconds, which is a LONG sprint and about halfway up the finish line hill I still wasn't sure I was going to make it.
